I have been fishing Itasca County and Cass County area lakes for over forty years and grew up just five miles east of “Lake Winnie” spending many days and evenings fishing it and many of the other area lakes.

As a customer, you will not only catch fish but have fun learning more about catching fish, the local wildlife and history as well. Being a professional, experienced, fully insured fishing guide and licensed EMT; I am available to guide large and small groups, and family fishing trips. My guiding services will show you the techniques used to put more fish on the end of your line and where to find them on the lake. In 2009, I had the opportunity to learn many new techniques while fishing with tournament professionals during the AIM Professional Fishing Tournament held on Lake Winnie.

You will be fishing out of a current model 20' Lund boat equipped with a Yamaha motor and all the latest electronics. My service provides all the life jackets, bait, and tackle including rods and Shimano reels or you can use your own rod and reel if you prefer. All you need to bring is a current Minnesota fishing license, sun screen and sun glasses, a rain suit or warm clothes, your own food and beverages and a camera. A camera is always available on the boat but you might want to use your own and capture the memories and beautiful scenery that you will enjoy while fishing. As an additional option, I can provide a shore lunch with full day trips. There is nothing better than cooking up your morning catch over an open fire.
